Under its BPA with DHS-ICE, FMS provides a wide array of services in accounting, auditing, internal controls, financial management, financial systems support, travel management, administrative support, and records management. FMS was instrumental in enabling ICE (when it was INS) to receive its first unqualified audit opinion in 2001. Some current FMS Task Orders at DHS include: Internal Controls, Payments and Accounting Support, FFMS (Federal Financial Management System) Liaison & FFMS Hotline, Travel Manager Support, Management Reporting, Accounting Record Management, Financial Procedures Preparation, and related Administrative Services. Under this BPA, FMS successfully executed the transition from several smaller finance centers to a "center of excellence" at the Dallas Finance Center (DFC), where 150 professionals were recruited and trained in under 90 days. FMS maintains an office adjacent to the DFC.

FMS provides a wide range of program and management support services to various Offices and Bureaus within the Office for Justice Programs (OJP). FMS has staff in at least 10 of OJP's Office/Bureaus providing support for day-to-day as well as long-range program planning and processes including Executive Administrative Support, Human Resources Support, Accounting and Budget Support, CIO Support, Grants Closeout and management of various OJP's Grant Programs. Under this BPA, we provide support to technical and program management in the direction, preparation, and coordination of management plans, budgets, and schedules related to OJP's various programs and initiatives.
