At Federal Management

Current Projects
U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
FMS personnel perform all Mail Center Operation services for the
EEOC headquarters and laborer/truck driver services for all EEOC
locations. Our award-winning team at EEOC operates all
automated, manual, and computer-driven mail systems and related
equipment. They also operate the Commission’s computerized
tracking system, run daily motor messenger mail and courier
services, and process all special mail handling.
National Science
Foundation
FMS handles mailroom, warehouse, and facilities
support services for the National Science Foundation
headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. FMS personnel also operate
computers and associated databases and process incoming research
proposals for NSF.
Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
FMS manages photocopy reproduction services, mailroom
operations, receiving operations, driver services, and other
clerical and labor support for PBGC. The scope of the contract
includes not only the operation of all equipment and services,
but also responsibility for maintenance, repair, and supplies
for all photocopier and automated mail equipment.
U.S. Department of State
FMS provides facilities management services as an
adjunct to its contract to provide security services to the
American Embassy in Georgetown, Guyana. Our staff supervises and
performs all core functions necessary for the daily operations
of this mission.
Canadian High Commission
As in our work with the U.S. Department of State in
Guyana, FMS provides facilities management services as an
adjunct to its contract to provide security services to the
Canadian High Commission.
U.S. Department of
Treasury, Office of Thrift Supervision
FMS provides mailing, photocopying,
messenger/courier, laborer, and trucking services to OTS. Our
work involves processing 750,000 pieces of mail, packages, and
parcels annually.
