FMS is a privately owned company founded in 1990, and presently employs a full-time workforce of over 1,300 personnel most of whom work on-site with government clients.  The Company has 30 employees who perform general and administrative functions. 

The leadership at FMS includes a seasoned, entrepreneurial management team that has vast industry knowledge and experience in government contracting.  Comprised of both industry practitioners which include CPAs, MBAs, former government employees/executives, and highly regarded academic/industry experts in management and organizational behavior, the FMS management team has been working alongside one another for many years and has succeeded in achieving exceptional financial results from operations since its graduation from the 8(a) program.
