agencies in the multi-billion dollar U.S. government
marketplace. Leveraging nearly two decades of government
contracting experience, the Company customizes its solution set
to help agency customers execute large-scale programs and

customers outsourced professional service solutions in the areas
of finance and accounting, administrative support, information
technology, facility logistics, facility management, and

FMS targets service opportunities that are
primarily mid-level management and administration oriented.
Personnel deployments range in size and scale to accommodate the
strategic needs of FMS’s customer base. The Company’s two
largest BPO engagements reflect staffing levels of nearly 600
employees and adequately facilitates the successful execution of
essential operational tasks which include benefits
administration, accounts payable/accounts receivable processing,
and document production and control, which enables Federal
customers such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and
the Department of Defense (DOD) to comply with mandated
operational standards (e.g., financial reporting, cost
efficiencies, etc.), and to focus on achieving their broader
organizational objectives.
